6s Plus no LTE

I had to exchange my 6s Plus, now I don't have LTE only 3G. Is this a service or a phone issue?

Hey, Dvdown18. 3G can seem super slow, so I definitely feel your pain there. Lets figure out why that's happening. Can you still place calls, send texts, and browse the internet? Are you currently using Wi-FI? What zip-code are you in?

Yes everything works so far over wifi. I have not placed a call yet. My zip code is 89147. Thanks

have you tried resetting your network settings? Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Setttings
