I signed up for the Apple Music promotion through the website link however now my Apple Music app is stuck on the loading screen. I have tried powering off and on my iphone 7, uninstalling and reinstalling the apple music app, turning off and on wifi, cellular data, and airplane mode. I have attempted basic troubleshooting via verizon website through chat and have sopke to apple support on the phone. Nothing is working and now two of my lines are unable to get past the loading screen on the apple music app! PLEASE HELP!!!!
