When I purchased my Iphone in August 2016, I also purchased a PureGear Tempered Glass for the phone. I was told that it had a lifetime warranty and all that I had to do is bring it back to my Verizon store and they would replace it. Here it is September 2017 and I went to the store to do just that, have it replaced. I was told that I would have to deal with PureGear due to a policy change at Verizon. I was told that I would have to file a claim online with PureGear and there would be a $4-$5 shipping fee. It turned out it is $5.99. They did say that once I receive my replacement that they would install it. I guess that is true.... until another policy change. I feel that Verizon wireless has abused their contract with me when I was told that they would replace it, if damaged since the product has a "Lifetime Warranty". They are basically telling me that they cannot do what they told me they were going to do in our sales contract. Dissatisfied customer.
