Cheryl, glad to have you here with us. Not sure of a date yet, but we do have a way you can reach it from your phone even before then. On the bottom of the page, when you scroll all the way to the bottom, there is a link to go to the desktop site. If you click on that link it will bring you to the page you need on your device. It will give you full access. Let us know how this works for you.

sshows total minutes, texts and data used. Click on individual line and still only shows total for that line. I have used this feature for a long time. since the web site has changed to this new format, I am unable to view.
These are the steps that work for me:
Under “Overview” on the left click Messages / Minutes / Data
Click the phone number you wish to see
Are you on your computer or the phone?
Clear your web browsers cache and history and be sure to scroll down once you've selected the line you want to view. Each computer will be different, but mine looks hidden until I scroll down.
I Have tried all of these steps for a week now, nothing works. Looking at the posts on this site it looks like it's been a problem since Verizon updated their website recently. I hope it's fixed soon or I will be another unhappy customer.
