I have Apple music with a Beyond Unlimited Plan. I had to change my Apple ID, but I can't get Apple music is still connected to my old Apple ID. There is no way to change it. Verison can't help, Apple says it's up to Verizon. Verizon says its up to Apple. I've been on the phone for 5 hours. Why can't Verizon go in and switch my Apple ID? I can't opt out and opt back to connect to my new Apple ID account or I will lose the free Apple music. Does anyone know how to fix this?
They can't switch it because Verizon has absolutely nothing to do with your Apple ID. It's on Apple to disassociate your old Apple ID from Apple Music.
