Getting the best value for your phone is important and we do want to make sure you have the best value. With regard to the value you can check this online using the following link here https://www.verizonwireless.com/od/trade-in/#/. As mentioned by Ann154 the promotional trade in value will be the higher amount but, in some cases where it is not we will pay the difference for your trade in. Does this answers your question?
