I can make another discussion specific to what I've seen here if these discussions are the ideal location for consumer sourced reports, just curious if there is an actual bug reporting system or process that could be used by consumers instead.

For the curious, it pertains the the Mac OS - Message+ application.
Mavericks 10.9.5 - Message+ 1.1.0
The app window does not redraw on new messages(or sent) until a scrolling action occurs, new texts can change the order of the conversation thread list.
Clicks on conversation threads act on what is currently at the position clicked if the app view was fully updated/redrawn, this is problematic when the app has not redrawn its window to change the locations/unread-counts/message-previews, as the screen does not match what is being acted on and a user can easily end up bringing up unintended threads.
