I submitted a claim 11 days ago for a "water damaged" apple watch that I took swimming (that is an entirely different discussion) and they did not have any apple watches in stock and promised to get back to me in 3-7 days. I have called and they just state that they have them on back order but cannot tell me when I should expect a response. I have reached out to Verizon to complain, and was literally told "there is nothing they can do!"
I have spent hundreds on insurance and will have to pay $100 deductible and who knows when I will get my applewatch. It would have been easier and cheaper to buy a new watch. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON INSURANCE!!!
