I was told I would receive an auto pay discount of $40 when I signed up for auto pay which I did the day after initiating service. My first bill arrived and no discount. Should I expect to see the discount on my first bill?
The AutoPay discount is definitely a great way to save with your account, crossfit4. AutoPay does take one to two bill cycles to activate with your account. You will also want to make sure that you have set up for Paper free billing and are set up with a checking account or debit card. Credit cards will not receive the AutoPay and Paper free discount.
