BYOD300UNL Rebate problems

I've been chatting with an agent for about 1 hour and they still can't verify that my rebate is in progress. The only reason I added the new line was because of the rebate. I've been with Verizon for over 15 years. It says me rebate either wasn't submitted or it's being processed. I'm reading that a lot of people are having the same issue.

They tell you to send a private message and then they continue to do nothing. I've been sending them messages and then they send you to someone who says contact rebate center. This is after explaining that has been done and that they need to look at all the account notes and figure out why no one has responded back to me regarding them expediting my rebate and or manually overriding it like I was told. I have screen shots. Also the notes are supposed to be very clear and available to to looked at.
