Being charged for a apple watch series 5.

I have been charged for a apple watch series 5 with cellular and I do no have the device. I have chatted with multiple people and this last time I was told to go to the VZW  corp store. I went there and ther was a rep standing outside of the store. She told me that they are only doingproblems with hardware. 

The watch was a online order from best buy. I cancelled the order and it had never left the store. I had told each rep that i had chatted with but to no avail.
