My iPhone 4 has blue lines on the screen and won't work. I bought it refurbished from the Verizon site less than a month ago. The website supports sends me to a store and the store sends me to the website. Any ideas how to get help with this?
We never like to hear our customer having device issues. Let's work together to get this fixed. When did this start for you? Has a recent update been done on your phone? Has the phone been dropped at all? Please advise of what you have completed so far to further trouble shoot your issue.
