Can I call an iPhone from KY visiting in Toronto? My plan has unlimited talk & text. Is there an extra charge for that? How much?

Knowing the potential charges before you make a call is the right choice MarineBandMom. I can certainly assist you in getting that information. 
If the phone is a US number and traveling in Canada, you wouldn't incur a charge though the receiving phone may.  Is the phone on your plan or another plan and carrier?
We can certainly help get information on rates for any of your phones, though if they are not part of your plan the receiving phone would need to contact their carrier to check rates.
