Call go to voice mail without ringing

when I call a phone in my plan the call goes directly to voicemail and the receiving end does not get a voice mail of missed call> the phones are not blocked or do not disturb and in a good service area.

jesslee45, We need to make sure you're able to call everyone you need to. Let's work together to get these calls working. How long has this been going on? Is this happening with just one number or multiple numbers. What model phone do you have? What phone does the receiving party have?
