I'm having the same problem. Multiple calls to Support has not resulted in any answers nor any resolution, though I've been told it's an issue that is being worked on.
I'm sorry you're having issues wtih viewing your details avalynn. When you sign into your online account, you willhave a list of links at the top. One will be "MY Billing & Usage. This is where you would find the usage details. Let me know if this information is helpful.
