I've tried the caller name website page for Verizon, but it states that " this service is not currently available for my life plan " is the iPhone 6 plus compatible with the caller name id service?

Here to help. Caller Name Id is a great feature to have on your phone. Your iPhone 6 Plus is definintely compatible with the feature. The only requirement is to have an iOS 7 or higher. Is your software up to date? Keep us posted.
