I have a new iPhone 6s Plus and my camera is blacked out, but my selfie camera is still working.

You have a great iPhone! Let's make sure we find a solution to your camera. Is this the back camera that is blacked out? Do you have enough memory? Please go to Settings>general>about>available and please provide your available memory.
