Can I replace a broken device without an account password?

Son broke phone and insurance sent new one.  Wife doesn't remember the account password she used when we first got Verizon.  Who do I call to get it emailed to us or messaged on our phones?

You're going to have to call VZW and identify yourself with some personal verifying information.  As such is done...they should be able to assist you in resetting your password.  This option *may* be available to complete only...if not, give VZW call during business hours...
