Can Signal be stronger?

We once had Verizon as a provider and had lousy coverage in our area. We left to find better service and did with AT&T. Verizon offered a great deal with phone trade ins and was assured that the coverage was much improved in the Southwest section of Logan, Utah 84321. Coverage is still just lousy and we are stuck with phones that are not functional inside our home! What can be done?!?!? Not impressed at all!

We want you to love your services! Just to confirm, the coverage improves when you're not in your home?

Yes but not to the extent that it should. I get lousy reception at work as well and it is in the same general area as my home. AT&T's signal was 5 bars in my home and at work. Verizon just has terrible service or a lack of towers in the Southwest section of Logan and Cache County in Utah 84321. Now if you go over the hill into Bear Lake or Rich Counties then Verizon stands shoulders above the rest!

We always want you to have the best signal regardless of where you go. In which zip are you having this issue?

84321 Southwest area of Logan, Utah. Same issue at work! Used to get full bars with AT &T. Daughter lives in SLC,Utah and has same issues. Not a good tower or signal in this area of town!

Thanks for the details, gardenerman. Do you experience this issue across all devices? What service issues do you experience exactly? Call/text/data issues?

Text and data seem to work reasonably well, but the voice service is terrible. My daughter and her husband also experience this issue when visiting.

Gardenerman, thanks for the additional details. Do you know if you had Advanced Calling set up on your phones?

Chances are your phone will have advanced calling if it is a newer model. It can be found under Mobile Networks where you should have the ability to turn it off if so.

I liked the feature at first, but started noticing reliability issues even with a decent 4g signal. All is well since turning it off.
