Got 2 iPhone 6, and 1 iPhone 6 Plus under the Verizon Edge program on 03/13/15. I want to exchange the 16GB iPhone 6 Plus for the 64GB model 2 days after I bought them, but salesman told me since the Verizon Edge program with the iPhone 6s ended, I can't exchange the phone even if I pay the restocking fee. Explain please.
Edge hasn't ended on any phones. And Early Edge hasn't been offered on anything but the Droid Maxx or Turbo since November. Call Customer Care 1-800-922-0204
