Can't get incoming calls

I just switched to VErizon from ATT.  I can make outbound calls, but cannot receive inbound calls.

How long ago did you port?  This porting dept number can help.  888-844-7095

Yikes, let's make sure these calls are flowing back and forth. Is this still an issue with your phone? Were you able to make a call out to our Port In team and clear up any possible snags there?
