Can't make any calls or receive from my other iphone

I can't make any calls from my two iPhones. My husband can call me from work and I get. Still have texting and internet. did reset, reset netw settings, removed SIM card. Help please!

What happens when you try to make a call? Error message? Dead air? Busy tone?

If you can't call any numbers, are you able to call #832 (test call number for Verizon).

Is Wi-Fi calling turned on for either phone?

If none of that helps, then what model iPhones are they?
