Rpittard52, Let's get your text messages to you. What happens when others send you a text? Do they receive any type of error message? Are you using iMessage or SMS Text? Are your calls processing, successfully?

settings>general>reset>reset network settings

This will make your phone also forget any saved wifi passwords, jsyk
