We are all on the same family plan and can send SMS fine. When we try to send an MMS to our son's iPhone, he will not receive it or any notification of it. Sometimes we get a "failed" on the message. I have the S5, my wife has the Droid Maxx. There are no other issues with the service.
I thought maybe I had restricted his phone at one time due to service limit but if that is true, I cannot find where I changed it.

I think I found it in the settings on verizon. It was checked to block images.
Have you checked his settings to make sure MMS is turned on?
HE must also have cellular data turned on for MMS to work. It doesn't work over wifi
settings are correct. He receives messages (MMS) from other iPhones, just not from our Android phones.
Is there no one that can help us with this? I need to send screenshots and other images to his iphone.
From other iPhones he gets iMessages, which are different than MMS. Did you check settings? Just because he receives pictures from iPhones does not mean MMS settings are correct. You dismissed our help, so everyne stopped answering you.
Confirm, don't guess
settings/messages
sms turned on
mms turned on
nothing is in blocked area
filter unknown turned off
settings/cellular
cellular data on
I did not intentionally dismiss, I apologize for coming off that way. I am looking at his phone.
Settings:
MMS is on
SMS is on (Send as SMS?)
nothing is in blocked area
filter unknown is off
cellular data is on
The phone settings appear to be as you said they should be.
I looked and verified just now.
Is there anywhere on the website that would restrict data usage maybe?
I think I found it in the settings on verizon. It was checked to block images.
Was going to suggest checking My Verizon settings if everything else was truly ok. Glad you figured it out
