Can't send pics or video with VZ messages

For some reason I cannot send pics or videos with my VZ messages app on my iphone6.  I can send them over imessage or other apps, but not over VZ messages.

Any ideas?

Let's work on getting those Verizon Messages sending smoothly, gcwine4. What happens when you try to send a picture message through Verizon Messages? Are you able to send a plain text through Verizon Messages?

All of my texts go through, but whenever I try to send a pic/video/or animation it just sends a blank message.

Just out of curiosity, why are you not using Apple's own message app?

I am out of the country and using my work phone, so I cant imessage people who dont have an iphone. My VZ messages are linked to my personal number.
