***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Can't view current usage

All of a sudden I can't view current usage for minutes or messages for the 2 lines on my plan. It changed from one day to the next.  For years I've been able to see calls and messages in real time.  Now the website shows 0 minutes, 0 messages for both lines for the entire current billing cycle.  I can only access the info once it's been billed, but not for the unbilled cycle.  I'm using the website on a Mac desktop.  I tried getting support from Chat and the rep couldn't solve the issue.
