I am a new customer to Verizon, only a month old and already have a bad taste in my mouth. I have an iPhone 5 c nobody told me the storage was minimal. Never had an iPhone before. As consumers we are slaves to the cell phone companies. The customer service is poor bc they don't have to gain ur business they know you are locked in and can't do anything bc they have a monopoly. Verizon steals ur money.

So you got the cheapest iPhone for 99 cents and are surprised it has limitations and is not the same as a $300 contract iPhone? The phone was made by Apple, and the same memory limits are there for all the other cell companies. It is hard to understand how this is Verizon's fault?

Who r u ? Verizon's representative? I didn't get it for 99 cents lol I'm paying for it over two years for 500$ it is their fault for not providing information needed to make informed decisions. If I knew my storage would fill up in a month I wouldn't have gotten it.

This is you not researching a purchase, not Verizon. Delete some stuff or put it in the cloud. Doesn't matter what carrier, you picked a small storage phone.

How is this Verizon's fault? You need more than we are brainwashed to defend your position. I did a Google search "iphone 5c 8gb storage capacity" and the whole first page talks about how inadequate 8 GB of storage is.
8 GB capacity is clearly shown on the Verizon page.
Apple offering a phone with only 8GB is shameful to Apple, not Verizon -- and my last 3 phones have been iPhones!

How can the small amount of storage be the fault of the cellular provider? You had 14 days to figure out of the phone wasn't right for you.
Chalk this up to a "lesson learned", do your homework before buying into anything (not just cell phones either).

Verizon is not the only cell company, therefore, not a monopoly.
Many customers do not require a lot of storage, so what business is it of a sales clerk to suggest you buy a phone that costs $100 or $200 more?
SInce you purchased on Edge, you are NOT locked in. You can payoff and sell or trade in the 5C and purchase a different phone.

I'm saying that it is a monopoly because of the way the company and their representatives seem to have no desire to satisfy their customers bc they know you are locked into a contract and it would not be cost effective to change carriers. So, ur stuck. As far as the sales representative lol yes their primary responsibility is to match u up with products and services that fit ur need lol what else did u think their job was?

As far as purchasing a different phone that would be a huge waste of money I don't have that kind of money to throw around
