so I changed my number about an hour ago online, I have an iPhone 6s. I have changed my number before online and it has never given me such problems. I turned my phone off and on like it says. Then I waited 3-5 minutes and turned it off and on again. It didn't work so I turned it off and on about 15 more times and it finally showed my new number. now my phone calls are not going through neither are texts. And when I logged on my Verizon it said my phone was SUSPENDED!!! I am freaking out. weve never had a late payment my bill is paid there is no reason for it to say my line is suspended. I have tried calling #823 and it just says my phone number is Not available to make calls. Somebody please help I need my phone as my fiance is out of town and I need a way to get in contact with him!!
