Charges should we go over our allowed monthly data.

I have been trying to find on-line how much we will be charged should we go over our allowed monthly data.  Please advise

$15 per GB

That $15.00 charge is for any data overages from 1Bite to 1GB so if you use 1GB + 1 Bite of data over your plan limit then it counts as 2 GB or $30.00 + service charges, State, Local, Federal Taxes and administrative charges that add to your monthly billing.

If you are on a plan other than MoreEverything your overage rate may be different. The older Nationwide plans overage rate is $10 per GB.

If you know you're going to go over you allotted data amount then give VZW a call and ask them to bump your data on a one time basis just to cover your overage.  I'd done this many times in the past and then go back to my regular allotted amount in my next cycle.  Yes, they'll charge you for the bump...but it's less than the amount you're going to pay for going over...
