Connection issues with Iphone6

My nieces IPhone 6 plus keeps dropping and is saying searching or no connection. It just started doing this several days ago and no one else on my plan is having issues. Is there a possible known issue? She said it works for awhile and then stops.

have you tried connecting the phone to iTunes and resetting it?

yes....still doing the same thing

interesting, make sure the software is up to date and try removing the sim card directions here: Apple iPhone 6 Support | Verizon Wireless and putting it back in
