Verizon customer service ZERO I’ve been trying to get either the milt discount and or First responder for over a year as I’m in both categories and I frankly I get ZERO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Live asked questions mk that txted questions because no one will talkie to you or walk u thru the process. U go to the website and they ask questions that mk no sense to me but talking to someone would help. Customer service ratting ZERO
