This is so irritating. I changed my service from AT&T to Verizon back in September when I got a new iphone 6GS+. Now I drop calls like crazy now, several times a week. I'm in a major metropolitan area, so I'm really surprised this is happening. I've tried resetting network settings, as well as calling Verizon help, but nothing has fixed the problem. What should I do?

The dropped call issue has been since I got my new phone and service in September. There's not only one zipcode where it happens, but it happens all the time around 20740. The ticket number of the reported issue is [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] , and it hasn't been resolved. Thanks!

We want you to be happy with your decision to join our family. Having dropped calls is annoying, but it's something we can help resolve. How often is your phone dropping calls? Where are you when this happens? Anyone else near you experiencing the same thing?

Did you have an iPhone 6 with AT&T? Maybe it's the phone?????
I have used Verizon Wireless for over 10 years & dropped calls have been extremely rare. (Motorola & LG phones) Whether traveling through the mountains of western Pennsylvania or 3 floors underground in a parking garage, Verizon Wireless simply rocks!!.
Nearly every call I make or receive is dropped. This has been going on for about three weeks. It started with just calls to and from my husband, who I share a plan with, but now it's anybody. I have two co-workers who have the same problem only it's exclusively with their spouses who they share a plan with.
I ordered a new phone but I'm not even sure it matters.
