the battery on my I phone is dead less than two hours after fully charging. What do I do?

Is it an older iPhone? You may need to replace the battery. If it's an iPhone 5 you may be eligible for their replacement program. You would have to check if your iPhone is one of the affected ones. https://www.apple.com/support/iphone5-battery/
