Is there a way to retrieve deleted text messages from an Apple iPhone within the last week?
You can take your phone to a Forensic examiner to pull all your deleted info off your phone. I am a Certified Mobile Examiner/Private Investigator and do it all the time. We typically do this for court cases, but sometimes someone just wants their stuff recovered. Its not cheap though.
Keeping important text messages is crucial, MICDCA2. Normally once a message is deleted there is no way to get it back. With an iPhone, you have the option of regular text message and iMessages. iMessages are supported through Apple, where regular text messages are supported through Verizon.
