I have a work iPhone 6 and a Personal iPhone 6s - They are both linked to the same cloud. Is there a way I can stop getting duplicate texts and calls to both phones?
I can definitely help you separate business from pleasure. In order to have both devices operate separately, each device will need a different Apple ID. I suggest backing up your personal device, factory reset your work device and setting up your work device with a new Apple ID: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204316
