Screen freezes, showing only what was on screen before unlocking.
Chris-Companion, let's make sure that we get your phone in working order for you today. if your screen is curretnly frozen, I would recommend on pressing and holding the home button and the power button at the same time until the Apple Logo appears. Once you see the Apple Logo please let go of the buttons and the phone should power cycle for you and take you back to the main screen. Please keep us posted.
