I currently owe $118 for my device to have paid the 75% to upgrade or $350 to pay the device off. If I pay the device off is it mine and I can just redo my edge on another device or do I have to turn it in even though I've paid the entire amount!

This is a great question, and I'm happy to clear this up for you. If you pay the device off completely, you get to keep the device. It is yours to do with, what you will. If you pay the device only to the 75%, then it would require you to turn it in as part of the upgrade.
