I received my iPhone 6 yesterday under the Edge Program. I was set to return my iPhone 5s, but there was no return shipping label included with my packaging. I called Technical Support, and Will cheerfully helped me with getting a label printed out. Thank you, Will! I wish every representative was as friendly and helpful as you are
