Egregious error?

I was thrilled to see VZW supporting concurrent access of voice and data services through the new feature that they call "Advanced Calling". The description of the service includes the following paragraph:

iOS is a trademark or registered trademark of Cisco in the US and other countries and is used under license

Although older Cisco routers do run a version of the operating system called IOS, in this context I think Verizon intended Apple devices and Apple iOS, and not Cisco IOS.

Or am I mistaken? Thanks
