My alert sounds for email and text messages isn't working. Any idea why?
RM64035, we wnat you hearing all of these alerts. Please make sure your phone is not on silent. You can do this by looking at the side of the phone. There is a switch on the left hand side. You want to make sure it is not flipped on. If it is orange you want to flip it the other way. This will make sure you receive all alerts.
