FIOS Mobile App issue (Error S2-1002)

Hi - I am receiving the following error when I attempt to log in to the FIOS Mobile App on an iPhone: "NETWORK ERROR: We are unable to verify your password associated with your Verizon User ID due to a network issue. Please try again later. Error Code S2-1002". I am connected to the internet, have deleted and re-installed the app, and have changed my user id and password using a desktop and browser. I have also attempted logging in with my mobile number. Can someone please help me with this?
