Why is this on my IPhone and I see that it said I have used Data on it 0.99 it's not much but how do I get rid of something I never sign for

I was not given any promomotion code it just appeared on my account tonight. All I have is a family plan and the phone I use has this FREEBEE attachment showing. When I checked my data FREEBEE data showed 0.099 .this seems a little sneaky putting this on my phone

freebee data is data that doesn't a account against your cap. I'm sure Verizon will be more than willing to start counting that data against you cap if you want.
