How can I see a contacts name and not just the number when viewing in family monitoring

Family base is such a great feature VZW provides. It definitely great to stay on track and monitor our children's line. I want to make sure we answer all your questions. In order to have the ability to view your family's contact on either your Parent Familybase application or our My Verizon Website, the family member has to have the FamilyBase Companion app installed on the phone. This feature is not available for the iOS system, just Android phones.
