Called in and complained about IPhone 5 battery problem (purchased through Verizon). Was not informed that the batch sold had faulty battery UNDER WARRANTEE. Ended up being sold new IPhone then discovered... Options now???
You don't have any options unless you are within the 14 day return period (and assuming you didn't trade the iPhone 5 in). If you still have the iPhone 5 and the battery replacement program hasn't closed (it had an expiration date) then you can still contact Apple about getting it done. In the future please be aware that retailers (in this case Verizon is a retailer for your devices) are not always aware of recalls...especially for a model no longer sold. Periodically check Apples website for their list of recall/replacement programs. A lot of times it is the only way you will ever know unless you stumble across an article. I check every few months just to see what's on there.
