I switched to Verizon 2 days ago and purchased an iPhone 7 plus. My first device would not connect to Wi-Fi Calling at all. I went back to Verizon yesterday and spent 2 hours troubleshooting in the store as none of the employees claimed to have any first hand knowledge with Wi-Fi Calling. Eventually, they decided on replacing the device as it was less than 24 hours since activation. Now with my new device, it will only connect when I activate Airplane Mode. As soon as I deactivate Airplane Mode, Wi-Fi Calling is no longer active.
With my new device, I have reset the network settings and also performed a full restore on the device setting it up as a new iPhone. Still no luck.

We do appreciate your time Manny. I understand how important it is to get WiFi activated and you should not have to go through this much trouble. I would like to see what options you have since you have done a full restore on your phone. I have sent you a private message to assist further.
