Is it possible to see deleted text on my account or how can I get them without getting on iTunes? On the 5c

If you have deleted them from the phone with no backup to iTunes/iCloud, then they are gone.

Have back up just wondering if any way to see without goin threw all that

I don't know that you can just look inside a file if it has been compressed and cannot be read without being restored first so that the app can open the file.
