I'm sorry to hear your Hotspot isn't working Michelle_Adams. I know this is frustrating. What device do you have? Do you receive an error message when you try to access the internet or make a call?

It's an iPhone 6 (the smaller one). It sometimes works, but now it isn't working at all. I was on the phone with Verizon on Saturday, but they couldn't sort it out. Thanks.

No error messages. The Wi-Fi is off and all the settings are correct. I'm going to have to get Wi-Fi for the house...
