Hotspot

Hi. I just switched from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 6. I had the personal hotspot with the 4 but is not showing on my iPhone 6. How can I get that fixed?

Settings>Cellular>Personal Hotspot

Do you not have those steps? Or does something happen when you try to turn on the hotspot?

When I go in to enable the hotspot it says to call verizon or go to the website

For some reason on one of my lines it had a block on the hotspot, even though it's free with my plan. It took about 15 minutes from the start of the chat to get it up and running. It can take 5-15 minutes from the time they unblock it for you to use it.

Should be fast.
