Did you also verify it isn't using data by selecting it's line from the drop down menu, like you did for your phone and viewing the data page?

No, I'll pay my next bill on July 1. The period does not end until July 7th, and the next bill would be on Aug 1 for June 7th to July 6th.

Sorry, just to verify, when you go to my verizon>my account>view bill your usage cycle says X month 7th to the X month 6th, in the drop down menu for all previous bills correct?
Mine always says X month 27th to X month 26th.
