Gracelynn, I want to make sure that all of your contacts are on your phone with no issues. Which iPhone do you currently have? Were your contacts on the device before? Have you already installed the Verizon Cloud on your phone? Check this link for step by step instructions on how to restore content from the cloud: http://vz.to/1xBWGeQ

Are they in iCloud? If so, check Settings>iCloud> toggle on contacts. If it's already on, toggle off, then back on.
